Cancellation Policy

A minimum of twelve hours notice is required for cancellation of a scheduled appointment. All students will be granted one cancellation with less than twelve hours notice without charge. All additional cancellations, with less than twelve hours notice, will result in a debit of one session from the total sessions purchased by the student.
